Engineering Specification for Heat Exchanger 1.1 GENERAL ◐Two pass shell의 경우 Longitudinal baffle는 반드시 Welding할 것. ◐J or X type shell은 Condenser나 Reboiler의 경우만 Acceptable함. ◐Packed floating head or floating tube sheet joints(TEMA P or W)는 Not acceptable ◐Tube length : 6100 mm , 다른 tube length의 경우 Deviation작성 요 ▣Gasket : 18-8 spiraI wound ( non-asbestos gasket) ▣Temperature : ◐18℃이상 운전되는 H/E : Design metal temperature는 Max. anticipated fluid temp +28 또는 149℃ 중 큰 것으로 한다. ◐18℃이하 운전되는 H/E : 149℃ 및 Min anticipated fluid temp. -5℃가 되어야 한다. ▣Pressure : 다음 중 큰 것으로 한다. ◐Max. Operating Pressure + 10% ◐Max. Operating Pressure + 1.8 kg/cm2 ◐Pump shut-off Pressure + 5%(exchanger outlet가 blocked될 수 있을 경우) ▣Vacuum service의 H/E ◐Internal pressure 1.8 kg/cm2 minimum ◐external pressure I.O5 kg/cm2 ▣Corrosion allowance (Tube제외) ◐Carbon steel, low alloy pressure part : 3.O mm ◐High alloy pressure part : 1.5 mm 1.2 Steam surface condensers ◐Cleanliness factor는 85% ◐Multi stage ejector는 각기 Surface condenser설치할 것 ◐각 ejector는 Full venting load로 설계할 것 ◐Hydrazine으로 BFW를 처리할 경우 Surface condenser의 Air cooling region에 있는 Tube는 ASME이어야한다. 1.3 Shell, Channel, and Heads ◐Dished head는 2:1 ellipsoidal ◐Cladding,lining, or overlay의 Minimum thickness는 3 mm after machining ◐Liner는 Vent설치할 것 (Vacuum service 제외) ◐모든 fixed tube sheet exchanger에는 ShelI expansion을 설치한다.(severest조건으로 design) ◐Expansion joint는 Bellows type이며 full design movement에서 1500 cycle로 Rating 1.4 Tubes, tube bundles, and tubesheet ▣Fouling factor는 TEMA recommendation을 따른다. ▣단 Cooling water는 0.0004 M2.Hr.℃/kcal로 한다. ▣Liquid velocity는 0.9 m/s 이상이어야하나 Admiralty tube에서는 2.3 m/s를 초과해서는 안된다. ▣High alloy, non-ferrous(seamless or welded)의 Minimum tube size 및 gage는 19mm OD x 16 BWG임. 단 발주처가 Agree할 경우 16mm OD x 16 BWG 사용가능 ▣Admiralty(seamless)의 Minimum tube size 및 gage는 19mm OD x 16 BWG임. 단 발주처가 Agree할 경우 16mm OD x 16 BWG 사용가능 ▣Carbon steel (seamless or welded) ◐Fixed tubesheet : 19 mm OD x 14 BWG ◐Removable bundle : 25 mm OD x 14 BWG ▣Process fluid 와 섞여서는 안되거나 Process fluid에 의해 Tube collapse가 야기될 가능성이 있는 경우 Welded tube to tubesheet joint로 할 것. ▣모든 Shell and Tube Exchanger에는 tube impingement protection을 설치할 것. ◐Increaser type nozzle은 unacceptable. ◐Perforated plate는 발주처의 approval 필요 ▣Floating tubesheet와 Baffle 간격이 450 mm 이상일 경우 Support plate설치할 것 ▣Complete drainage 설비를 갖출 것 ◐Notch는 10 mm를 초과할 수 없다. ◐Pass partition은 6 mm hole을 만든다. ◐Steam이나 water가 shell에 Service될 경우 Vertical cut baffle을 사용할 것. ▣Carbon steel tubesheet는 특별한 규정이 없는 한 Admiralty tube와 함께 사용. ▣Austenitic stainless steel를 함유한 Molibdenum tube는 autogeneous longitudinal weld seam으로 사용불가 ▣Baffle및 Support plate의 minimum thickness는 1O mm 임. ▣Cooling water side의 nozzle은 flat faced flange 사용 ▣Blind flange는 NPS 3 이하 (for alloy or nonferrous ) ▣Lining, cladding의 경우 NPS 4 이상 사용가능 (Metal temp.가 허용된다면) ▣2.0 kg/cm2.G 이하 Steam 또는 C.W service의 경우 NPS 3/4 class 6000 half coupling을 Vent,dtain용으로 설치할 것. 기타의 Vent, drain 은 NPS 1, flanged일 것 ▣Cooler와 condenser의 water side에는 2개의 NPS 1-1/2 chemical clean-out connection을 설치할 것 ▣Steam surface condenser에는 Admiralty tube를 사용할 것 (Admiralty B,C,D) ◐이 때의 Tube sheet는 Naval brass, SB-171, Copper alloy UNS C46400 ◐Admiralty tube의 Max. temp.는 232℃임. ▣Bellows type expansion joint는 Inconel 600이며 Shell에 water service의 경우 Monel(Horizontal exch. only)사용 ▣Process hydrocarbon에는 Copper나 Silver가 함유된 재질 사용 불가 ▣Exchanger data sheet에 명기되어 있지 않을 경우 Baffle과 tie rod의 재질은 SS316 이어야 함. ▣Hydrostatic test pressure : UG-99(b) of the code ▣Hydrostatic test ◐300계열의 Stainless steel에는 Chlorine content가 30 PPM이하의 물을 사용할 것. ◐불가할 경우 물을 sodium nitrat로 inhibited시킬 것. ◐이때 Inhibitor 주입량은 Chloride량과 PH에 의하여 정할 것(0.1% sodium nitrate로 400ppm chloride, 8 PH cover) 2.CLARIFICATION ITEM / CHECK LIST FOR HEAT EXCHANGER 2.1 CODE ◈PRESSURE VESSEL SHALL BE DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH "ASME Sec.Ⅷ Div.1 1995 ED.+ 1996 ADD.",LATEST EDITION. ◈"TEMA Std,class B, 7th ED. + up to 1991 ERRATA",LATEST ED. ◈"EJMA. 1993.6th.ED.+1994 ERRATA",LATEST EDITION. 2.2 MATERIAL ◈"ASME" or "ASTM" MATERIAL SHALL BE USED. ◈IF "JIS" MATERIAL WILL BE USED FOR NON-PRESSURE PART, THE APPLIED PART AND MATERIAL COMPARISON LIST SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH "MATERIAL DEVIATION SHEET". 2.3 DETAIL DESIGN ◈FOR THE DETAIL DESIGN OF H/EX THE "SPEC.
